Founded in February 2025, I offer handcrafted treats from my cozy cottage bakery, made with love and passion. I prioritize fresh quality ingredients, using mostly organic produce to ensure the best taste in every bite. Each creation is made with heart and soul – I’m excited to share this sweet journey with you!

Hi, I'm Ira – the face (and hands) behind Whisk.
I'm 23, originally from the south of Germany, where I first fell in love with baking. After finishing school, I trained as a veterinary assistant, but life had other plans. I moved to Munich, spent four years working in the hospitality industry — starting as a server and eventually becoming a restaurant manager — and somewhere along the way, my passion for baking quietly grew louder.

In 2022, I started sharing my homemade treats with the world, baking for two cafés in Munich. Then came a vacation to Florida that changed everything. I swapped the gray skies of Germany for endless sunshine, and with my loyal sidekick Schnitzel (my dog!) by my side, I decided to stay.

After a year in an office job, I knew it was time to follow my heart — and so, Whisk was born. Every cookie, brownie, and loaf is baked with love, care, and just a little bit of sunshine. I'm all about good vibes, great flavors, and making people smile through something sweet.
